Might be moving to the area, are there any of these homes in walking distance to coffee shops (not starbucks), art's districts with more of a downtown feel even if it's in the burbs? Also looking for gay friendly areas. Thanks for any help might be moving via a job transfer with my partner like the pre 30's homes along with the mid mod's. Are remudles a problem there? Hate to buy a "freshly updated home and have to rip out kitchen's and baths with off the self cheap cab's.
Thanks for any help again.

to Lee Ann Zeigler--Earl and I first met you when your son was 4-he was working on the house across the street from you-we stayed in touch for some time. Earl passed last July-we have been members of the Westside Sertoma for a few years. This is such a delightful group-and so very involved in activities. Their main project is the park on old Hwy 66 ,across from Webster that will have the restored locomotive, a caboose an a couple of cars-the planned derrick is ready and waiting to be installed. The house that will be the Westside chamber house is being restored. I would love to visit with you-I know you are so very busy. My question is this-the Sertoma meets at 7 a.m. every Wednesday. On Wed May 13, I am in charge of the program-usually lasts 15 to 20 minutes. It would be so very special for me and for the club if you would be our guest speaker-to share with us the exciting world you are in, and to encourage us in this project. Sincerely, Elda
