Cole,

I am also an Oklahoma expatriate that wants to come home. My family and I are in Dallas, and we really want to make the move back to Oklahoma, and Tulsa feels like the right fit. Like you, I have rehabbed extensively (120 houses in the last 3 years), and I work in the real estate industry now for a private equity firm that loans to investors who want to acquire distressed residential projects and rehab them. I would really like to dialogue with you to discuss Tulsa, and moderns, and the Tulsa real estate market and what your opinion might be about opportunities there seem to be up there. Hope this note finds you well and great job on the site.

I as well just found this website today. My wife and I are possibly looking to relocate to Tulsa, and we very much are grateful for this website. Thanks for all the work on here Cole.

Being that I'm a landscape architect, wondering if any of the posts have focused on the landscapes of these homes? If not, could be a potential article idea.

Last July, my husband & I purchased a home at 5820 S. Delaware Place. We were delighted, when presented with the original plans, to find out that it was designed by Cecil Stanfield. It is a functional contemporary with with three corners of the house being glass, with no visible means of support. We've been told that the house was the first to be built in Fairway Estates. We have restored the house in keeping with its modern theme, altho' our furnishings give it an eclectic flair.
We appreciate your website.
