Redbud Midcentury for Sale
24 Apr
Here is a cool mid century home for sale in the quaint Redbud neighborhood, near 36th/Yale. This is a nice little pocket in my opinion and one of too few moderns located in Midtown, Tulsa. Very well decorated too! Nice Eames collection. The description and photos below are from the Realtor listing page. See details here.

Does anyone know the fate of the house that burned at 21 place and Richmond, just south of the IPE building? I live in that neighborhood, Mayo Meadow, and often noticed that house before it burned. It was a nice modern, although it needed a bit of fixing up. I drove by it a few days ago and saw it was gutted completely. I assume it will be torn down rather than rebuilt, but I hope not. I will ask my neighborhood association also.
