That building has quite a history. When I first moved to Tulsa in 1992 the club was still active but closed right after that. I have a geocache named 'Tulsa Club" adjacent to the building.

Morony can complain all he wants and say the building has been for sale but he has done nothing to secure it. The city had to step in and do it for him.

I agree that it is scary that he also owns the Sinclair building.

I believe it's $2.6 million and I think he bought it for $150,000. It's scary to think that he owns the Sinclair Building too.

Does anyone know the asking price? I just hope he isn't unrealistic, as I've heard he has been in the past. Please collect your things and move on Morony. You don't seem to have helped tulsa at all.
