I’m Cole Cunningham, founder and driving force behind moderntulsa.net. As an experienced Realtor and remodeler with a sincere interest in modern design I am all about Modern Tulsa. I constantly look for modern homes for both my enjoyment and design conscious home buyers.
I will attempt to delve into the history of modern for the area as well as keep you up to speed with current projects and properties for sale. Please check back soon because I will be updating regularly.

Cole thanks for this handsome and challenging effort. I hope you make a suffecient amount of money from this blog to keep up the good work on behalf of all interesed groups. By the way be sure and add to your next update that Ranch Acres is now on the National Register.
Cole you should submit one or more Field Session Proposals to the National Trust for its October Meeting in Tulsa. The deadline is this Friday. I think Shane Hood is putting something together on Lortondale, I am working on a few which would interest you, but I am not aware of an overall Mid-Century submital nor one on the ‘The Architecture of Donald Honn, AIA’ and the like.
